- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I never write reviews, but Wanina provided such awful service, I had to. I had to ask her a few questions, and she acted like a. I was the dumbest person she had encountered that day, and b. Like she was incredibly put out by having to "assist" me. She was abrasive, curt, did not smile ONCE. Meanwhile her coworker Pam greeted everyone with a smile, was super friendly and helpful, and seemed eager to please. Wanina needs to be fired. She has absolutely NO business being in a customer service position.
