  I never write reviews, but Wanina provided such awful service, I had to. I had to ask her a few questions, and she acted like a. I was the dumbest person she had encountered that day, and b. Like she was incredibly put out by having to "assist" me. She was abrasive, curt, did not smile ONCE. Meanwhile her coworker Pam greeted everyone with a smile, was super friendly and helpful, and seemed eager to please. Wanina needs to be fired. She has absolutely NO business being in a customer service position. Facility: clean Girl at the front desk: Friendly Manager walking around: friendly But I will never go back if it means I have to be helped by WANINA.

  The office personnel as well as Emaly (the owner) go above and beyond normal operating protocols. There has been multiple occasions when our busy schedules made it difficult for us to complete vital life transactions. Emaly as well as her team were willing to inconvenience themselves to accommodate us, their customers. Very few companies still treat their customers like family. This is one group that will! See for yourself if you are with the typical new age organization.

  I opened a business bank account, was told that 3 months later that it was the wrong one . with that being said we opened another one for a month,and then low and behold it was wrong too,so here we are opening another bank account. I wonder how long this one will be good for, time will only tell.
